Videos are available in a format suitable to both PC and MAC.

To download the video, choose from the list above to go the video you wish to download, then right mouse click on the version of the video that suits your internet connection and choose "save link as" and save it to your computer. Once the download is complete simply go to where you saved the file and double click on it to view.

It can be viewed on any Media Player that can read a .wmv file on Windows and Mac.

Modern video players offer a better picture quality at a lower file size and you will need the Windows Media Player 9 for WINDOWS XP, this is freely downloadable here or
