| Tarong
North Power Station is the first stage of a duplication
of the existing Tarong Power station (comprising four
turbines).
RMD has worked with many of the principal contractors
in the construction of the turbine slab, boiler house,
cooling tower, chimney stack and the pumping station.
RMD was selected because of the open grid arrangement
of the Rapidshor Shoring System for the construction of
the turbine slab soffit. Also the speed of the erection
and dismantle of Rapidshor contributed to the decision. |
