Quality Assurance Services for design, development, production,
installation and servicing.
RMD Australia is committed to its approach to quality
and continuous improvement and our goal is to ensure a
consistently high standard of product and service thereby
ensuring customer satisfaction.
A copy of the RMD Australia Quality Assurance Manual is
kept at all Branch Offices. Clients are welcome to study
the manual and take copies of any part that may be of
interest, subject to arrangements with the relevant Branch
Manager. As part of our Quality Policy RMD Australia undertakes
to provide the necessary training to employees to ensure
that the Quality System is fully understood and implemented.
Our approach to quality, however, goes further than this,
and our objective is one of continuing to meet and exceed
our customers' expectations.
