The project
commenced with the installation of Rapid Stage scaffold
for the bridge piers, which were formed by steel forms.
Three RMD Megashor Diaphragm supports were designed and
implemented to support the bridge. Loads of up to 700kN
were supported by each Megashor leg.
John Holland were very impressed with the level of support
Megashor provided.
Megashor is a versatile, heavy duty support system which
can be used in either single or multiple leg support applications,
both vertically or horizontally. Megashor can also be
configured into support trusses with varying depths and
spans. |
