RMD Australia has been engaged by Urban Superway to support numerous sets of paired precast segments over unique shaped pier structures on numerous Megashor Support Towers. At peak over 200 tonnes of Megashor and assorted Super Slim Soldiers and accessories are being supplied to Urban Superway for the South Road Superway project.

Using a formwork solution comprising Superslim Soldiers and Aluminium Beams, RMD Australia designed a system that was able to travel within the set limits governed by the unique shape and radius of each of the six bridge deck spans, enabling the casting of in-situ parapets.

RMD Australia has used its expertise in delivering compliant formwork and shoring solutions to help construct the Gorgon LNG Processing Plant. Formwork solutions supplied by RMD include Super Slim Soldier wall shutter systems, Minima wall panel systems and the Megashor support system.

System Formwork was the sub-contractor RMD Australia supported on the SA Health and Medical Research Institute facility. They used approximately 400t of the Rapidshor shoring system, with an additional 80t of Rapidshor Captive decking within levels 3 to 5 of the building.
